About Dr. Sierra
Dr. Sierra loves making the dental office a safe and welcoming place, especially for children. Originally from Colombia, she moved to Houston with her family and was inspired by both her father and her orthodontist to pursue a career in dentistry. Wanting to offer her patients the very best care, she chose to complete a residency in pediatric dentistry, where she could deepen her skills in caring for children of all ages and needs. She focuses on building trust with her patients, especially those who feel anxious, and finds it incredibly rewarding to see them leave feeling confident and proud. Outside of work, Dr. Sierra and her partner, who happens to be an orthodontist, love spending time with their Bernedoodle, Bodhi, who fills their lives with joy, though if it were up to her, she’d have a pet monkey too (her favorite animal since childhood!). In her free time, she enjoys photographing family and friends, spending time outdoors, trying new things, eating sushi, and traveling. You can often catch her watching Wimbledon or cheering on her favorite soccer teams.
