Dripping Springs Dentist Reviews

What people say about Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces - Dripping Springs Dentist Office

I am not one to write reviews unless the customer service is amazing. I decided to take a chance on Lone Star due to our other pediatric dentist being in San Marcos. I am one for wanting doctors and support staff to have great bedside manner; therefore, I was hesitant to switch dentists for my 2 small children. Everything from this experience was great, from the first telephone conversation with the office staff to Dr. Marty and his dental hygienist calming the fear of my 3 year old, and Dr. Marty calming my 7 year old when he became upset at a little “brotherly love” situation. They had such a great bedside manner and made all of us feel at home. So glad to have such an amazing dentist here in Dripping Springs!

I sought a new dentist for my toddler following a negative experience with a different Dripping Springs dentist. I wish I had come to this place sooner. When I called to setup my son as a new patient, the staff notified me that there was an appointment available that same afternoon, which we took. The waiting room is setup to be fun! We were immediately taken back to a room as soon as I finished the paperwork, and immediately seen by Dr. Megan. She was quite friendly and professional. I was surprised to find that the room did not have the typical dentist chair, but a couch. Dr. Megan and I sat knee to knee, and my son sat in my lap and leaned back into hers. I thought this a far better approach than the dentist chair for a toddler, and so did my son! They’re a little heavy on the prizes if you’re trying to live ecocentric, but my son was very happy and so was I. Highly recommend.

Great first time experience. My kids first visit to Lone Star and the staff was cheerful, accommodating, helpful and very lovely. Thank you for making my kids first dental experience easy and fun. They already said they can’t wait to go back. Dr. Megan was also wonderful and very fast. The worst thing about a dental visit can be the wait with especially with preschoolers. They really had everything you could have for a helpful distraction.
